Its extensive menu features all manner of Japanese favourites: terrific sushi, sashimi or unagi. There's also a nice stock of wine and a cocktail bar, which is welcome, though odd, in a Japanese restaurant.

Kan cannot: decide how many menus is enough. Kan also cannot: find waitresses and managers who could possibly be more efficient and polite.
