Get your non-animal versions of shrimp, fish, duck, pork, clams and even fried eggs (which do taste real and even have “yolks”), all made from soy or other non-animal based products. It’s both a restaurant and a shop, with three freezers full of fake “meats” made in Thailand, as well as special imports from Taiwan, Vietnam and Malaysia to choose from. Also, while you’re there, you should sit and order a dish or two and note how they cook with these ingredients.
