As one of the largest in-hotel fitness centers in Asia, Fitness First offers high-tech facilities such as state-of-the-art equipment in its cardio entertainment zone, plus a number of accommodating services such as VCD rental and a member’s lounge where you can read your favorite magazine while enjoying complimentary drinks. The capability of their exercise studios and staff is such that the place can offer over 150 classes in various types of group exercise per week. Other indoor facilities included are the sauna, steam and solarium rooms. Swimming pool is only at Fitness first plus at Sukhumvit soi 39. Membership fees depend on type and duration.
