-------------------------------------------

Sit poolside in one of the outdoor salas for s more memorable evening. In the balmy air you'll want to stick to lighter fare-salads, tuna carpaccio and pastas. Nice wine list, even better caipirinhas.

BK MAGAZINE RESTAURANT GUIDE 2006

---------------------------------------

Named after post-impressionist artist Aldo Luongo, this restaurant is divided into a large welcoming dining room and an outdoor pool area, which features romantic cabana dining. Delicious and healthy Mediterrancan cuisine and a great wine list.

For a memorable night, book one of the poolside salas at Aldo’s and dine on tasty Mediterranean food. Standouts are the pastas and fresh fish flown in weekly from New Zealand. Excellent wine list and good selection by the glass. Good Sunday brunch, too.

----------------------------------------

A perfect spot for a light and breezy Mediterranean lunch, Aldo's puts on four business lunch sets. Each set includes a good variety of appetizers, mains and desserts to mix and match at B350 for three courses. A glass of house wine is B190 more.
