Casual cafe Anthesis is now open at Robertson Blue, right by other riverside establishments like Bar Bar Black Sheep and Toby’s Estate.
Decked out with light wood furnishings and unfinished metal chairs, laid back dining spot (which officially launches on September 3) offers a prime view of the river. It offers a simple menu with items like tuna tataki sandwich ($14) and pizzas such as pepperoni ($20), as well as coffee (from $4), tea (from $6) and beer (from $14) to wash it all down.
Besides that, there’s fresh bread—think baguette ($2.80), garlic focaccia ($5.20) and light rye ($5.20)—available for takeaway.
