Recently the Vatican issued “Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road,” a 50-plus-page document that included a list of “10 Commandments” for drivers. It warned them not to use obscene fi nger gestures, pick up prostitutes, speed, take drugs or alcohol, curse or show off. It also encouraged drivers to get regular tuneups for their cars. While grill restaurants are often described as smoky, greasy and cacophonous, AKA is the opposite.
