Wagyu Lamb In-Style by Ma Maison

Chef Charles Christians of Ma Maison, the classic French cuisine at Nai Lert Park Bangkok, a Raffles International Hotel welcomes the hottest season with the hottest dishes throughout April, “Wagyu Lamb in-style” by importing the excellent Wagyu Lamb from Australia, where the quality is guaranteed to create the sophisticated French dishes; for appetizer Lamb carpaccio, guava shavings, pesto dressing, parmesan foam or Crunchy lamb shank purse with goat cheese and dry fruits, spicy Moroccan lamb reduction, for Superb Soup; Lamb minestrone, with cucumber and mint ravioli, for main course; Roasted rack of lamb with porcini crust, eggplant and pine kernel or Thyme lamb juice slow cooked eye lamb shoulder, served with white vegetables stew.
