Ma Maison - brings style and sophistication to the Bangkok’s restaurant scene.
Expect the music to be chilled and as up to date as the décor. The restaurant which seats 80 guests is both vibrant and modern and offers a stylish menu including icons such as Carpaccio di tonno (Pan seared yellowtail tuna carpaccio on garden greens with crunchy vegetable pesto), Zuppa di papate e porcini (Porcini mushrooms and potato soup), Scaloppa di halibut al forno (Oven roasted halibut with citrus potato mash, fennel and black olives with olive oil) as well as a wide variety of pastas and antipasti. Flair and style are evident in the selection of main courses, which offer a choice of meat and fish options. For those not up on the catwalk the experience should be rounded off by desserts that could challenge your expectations. How about Cassata gelato al cedro e pinoli (Lemon skin and pine nuts cassata with warm chocolate sauce)? Dare to be different and try it.
Of course, a wide range of the latest in Italian coffees and liqueurs are also available. One of the main features of the restaurant is the central table, which seats up to 10 guests (TBC), and embodies the spirit of Ma Maison. This is the table to be seen at with friends or colleagues and for the time being we can guarantee no paparazzi.
