At this eight-table gem on the top floor of the Aleenta Phuket Resort, the nightly tasting menu might begin with dishes of lightly smoked tuna with rice gazpacho and pine nuts or silver dollar blinis topped with saut6ed prawns and minced ruby grapefruit before moving on to a judiciously portioned main course of seared lamb with eringi mushrooms. The double-decker dessert cart groans with decadent treats like dark chocolate mousse and lavender creme brulee.
