This restaurant and bar offers flavors from America in the heart of Bangkok. If you were expecting plain ole Mac n’ Cheese, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised— try their duck liver pate or the lamb shanks. Downstairs it’s a bar, the second floor is the restaurant and the third floor offers a mini chill-out lounge, complete with its own humidor and selection of cigars. As the name suggests, this bar in the Conrad is a puff-your-cigar-and-strike-a-deal sort of a place. You’ll find the corporate (and diplomatic) types flock to the venue in their suits, sipping their cognacs and tapping their feet to some live jazz. It just oozes class, comfort and a certain bygone style. Head out there right after work (between 4-7pm) to enjoy this style for less as they have a buy-one-get-one-free happy hour on a variety of cocktails.

If you’re looking to get cozy with a special someone or are just looking to wine and dine with the ladies, this dimly lit, dark-walled, two-story venue has it all, including oysters to get you in the mood. Besides the wide selection of wines and food, you can enjoy the big screen sports or pick a romantic nook on the balcony on the second floor.
