Hormones and pesticides not your cup of tea? Eat out at these places for safe healthy food.

Anotai

The homey vegetarian eatery/yoga studio uses pesticide-free greens from its farm in Ratchaburi. They also offer a selection of home-grown herbal tea.

Glow

Light, healthy cuisine prepared from both local and imported organic ingredients. Vegetables here hail from the Royal Project farm in Chiang Mai, while fish are brought in from Australia. The best bet is its set lunch (B450), which includes your choice of main, juice and complimentary dessert.

In addition to a variety of rice, there is a wide selection of fresh organic vegetables, beans, shrimp paste, coffee, etc.

Rasayana Retreat's Live Raw Café

Expect “living food” cooked below 42 degrees to save the natural nutrients. Dishes are whipped up from non-processed ingredients, fresh veggies, sea salt and dehydrated fruits.

Shan
