Learn the Lingo with Mango

Learn the Lingo with Mango

October 2nd, 2007

The name of this website has nothing to do with its service, which is online language courses. Sign yourself up for an account with just your email at www.trymango.com, and you’ll get full, and free, access to language lessons taught through a Flash interface. Among the available languages are Japanese, Italian, Russian and even Greek. Each language course is comprised of about 10 lessons. Each course starts with the usual “Hello”, “How are you?” “My name is…” in formal context, then progresses onto everyday dialogue for more practical uses. The great thing about this is that it’s free and it’s perfect if you want to learn how to communicate. However, if you want to learn how to read and write the language, you might have to find other means.
