In Bangkok, a man accidentally shoots himself in the groin, seriously injuring his penis, during a police chase. Tinnart, 29, is riding pilion on a motorcycle with Walter, 17, a half-Thai, half-German man. He has 16 amphetamine tablets in his pocket. On Changwattana Road, the two approach a police checkpoint and then make a u-turn to avoid being stopped. However, officers notice the pair and order them to stop the bike. With police in pursuit, the two speed away until deciding they are better off trying to escape on foot. As he is jumping off the bike, Tinnart grabs the gun in his pants and accidently pulls the trigger. When police arrive, they find Tinnart on the ground in pain. He is delivered to a local hospital. Both men are arrested.

In Had Yai, a woman who is visiting her husband in the hospital is stabbed by the man's mia noi. Prajam, the husband, is injured in a car accident and admitted to Had Yai Hospital. His 37-year-old wife, Arranya, is with him in the room when his minor wife Ratri, 40, arrives. The women confront each other while Prajam lays helplessly in bed. A screaming match ensues, with the women calling on Prajam to choose one of them. Before he can answer, Ratri pulls out a knife from her bag and stabs Arranya in her left shoulder. Ratri then flees the scene before police arrive. Arranya is delivered to the hospital’s emergency room.

In Bangkok, a Japanese man survives a suicide attempt at the Ploenchit BTS Station. Hiroyagi, 25, is wandering around in the station around noon while talking with someone on the phone, according to a witness named Jirasak. As a train approaches, Hiroyagi gets on the escalator and attempts to jump onto the tracks. However, his suicide attempt fails as he falls onto an awning. When the rescue team arrives and tries to help the man, he repeatedly says that he wants to go to Japan.

In Bangkok, four people are injured and one is killed in an accident at the Suan Siam amusement park. The victims are riding in one of the “Indiana Log” boats when the water level suddenly drops, causing the boat to plunge to the bottom of a waterfall. A spokesperson from Suan Siam explains that the electricity was temporarily cut, causing the water level to suddenly drop when the boat is in mid-ride. The amusement park promises to pay for all medical expenses and compensate the families of the victims.
