In Kanchanaburi, an Israeli tourist is gored by a buff alo. Sharon Mamon, 28, is visiting Luangta Maha Bua temple on a group tour. He and his friend fi nd a group of buff aloes behind the temple and want to take a picture with them. One of the buff aloes is startled and charges Sharon, goring his legs with its horns, lifting him back into the air and throwing him back four meters. He is rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors tend to his wounds. He is discharged and can return to Israel.

In Chantaburi, a 52-year-old lady dies chewing on a Thai sweet. Cha-On lives with her mom, Ae, 84. In the early morning, their newlywed nephew had brought them some kalamae (Thai caramels). Ae is watching TV when suddenly Cha-On rushes into living room, unable to speak but pointing at her throat. Before Ae can help her, Cha-On collapses to the floor and dies. Forensics fi nd a piece of kalamae in Cha-On’s throat and suspect that it is the cause of death.

In Nong Bua Lumphu, a local teacher stabs her husband and severs his penis. Rattanaporn and Ruengyos are married and have two children. However, Ruengyos is still seeing his ex. He and Rattanaporn argue regularly over this as Ruengyos has been frequently disappearing from home. When Rattanporn decides to seek him out, she finds his truck parked at a bus station nearby his ex-wife’s residence. She waits for Ruengyos to
come out, they argue and Rattanaporn stabs him three times with a foot-long knife. Then she pulls his pants down and cuts off his penis. Rattanaporn then takes him to a local hospital where doctors save his life but may not be able to reconstruct the victim’s penis.

In Ayuthaya, a crowd forms at the foot of a monument believed to produce holy water. Musa, 31, a local police offi cer patrolling the area surrounding a monument to King Naresuan, claims that water has been dripping from the statue for the past three months. Word spreads and pilgrims from the entire province congregate to observe the phenomenon.
