In Chachoengsao, a woman suffers from a serious allergic reaction after ingesting a poisonous grasshopper. Five minutes after swallowing a fried grasshopper, Duangorn
Konkaew, 26, breaks out in severe rashes and boils all over her body. She also experiences
diffi culty breathing and collapses. Her husband, Somphot Konkaew, 40, quickly rushes her
to the hospital for treatment. Doctors suspect that she might have suffered an allergic reaction to the insect or chemical insecticide.

3 THU

In Phitsanulok, an intoxicated man is electrocuted to death. Thin Khumphai, 55, returns home from work inebriated. He attempts to plug a fan into a socket and somehow electrocutes himself. Police fi nd Thin’s half naked body on the fl oor of his bedroom with the electric wire in his hand. They also fi nd burn marks on his palm and chest.

In Phitsanulok, a white and brown cat exhibits human behavior. Three year old Meaw spends her days at Ratchaburana temple where she sits at the footsteps of the crematorium. The monks there say she welcomes every visitor by taking them up the stairs every time someone visits the cremation sala of the temple. She then waits to escort them out. Meaw also has a twin sister who knocks on doors to signal the presence of visitors.

6 SUN

In Nonthaburi, a four year old fi nds B40,000 in a pouch at a supermarket. Kanchana Thongsuk, 30, is shopping in Big C when her niece, Thannaporn Panwat, asks to go to the restroom. She comes back out with a yellow pouch in hand and gives it to her aunt. It contains over B40,000 in cash plus an identifi cation card that belongs to Lamiad Boonphed, 52. Kanchana and her niece go to the police station where they drop off the money. The owner of the pouch contacts the police and is able to retrieve her belongings.
