Tuesday is a see and be seen kind of evening where rap and R&B novices are educated on hip-hop from the past and present. The drinks are pricey, the room is packed and space is limited for those looking to cut a little rug.

Resembling an Aspen ski lodge gone glam, the glossy hardwood floors add a warm and inviting feel to this high ceiling all glass and metal structure. The main hall offers up the latest in hip hop and reggae while, on some nights, Swedish mixologists create concoctions to compliment the rump shaking experience.

Leave the flashy attire and stilleto shoes in the closet because this is where you go to get grimey. This split level dance hall offers techno like beats on the lower level and sweaty, dirty hip hop upstairs. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but more of a venue for those looking for a budget drink, bump and most importantly, grind.

If it wasn’t for the heavy bass and rap lyrics blasting from the speakers, the dark vampire décor could lead one to believe they’ve landed at a goth spot. Deejays have a firm grasp on what moves the crowd but it is almost useless as the place gets so jam packed with super young patrons it’s almost impossible to move around the nightclub—much less the dance floor.
