Web-JetLag

There’s no doubt about it the new Jet on Ekamai Soi 10 is fast becoming the spot to hang out for those in the know. However I do wonder if the popularity is anything to do with their current web content?
I happened to come across www.jetbangkok.com when trying to find some contact info for the club, not an unusual thing to do. Whilst I can completely understand that in the middle of a re-launch a website is not a priority, though in today’s world you might argue differently. I also don’t have an issue with it still being under construction but I do think they probably need to take another look at what’s currently up there. During my visit there was very little else working but the web board was proving very popular. Looking a little closer though I realized that around 98 of their 100 pages contained nothing but links to porn.
Obviously they’ve fallen victim to some spamming porn site, but the important thing is this is the third day that this content has been up there and who knows how long it was there before. Does that mean no-one at the Club has even looked at the site this week? If so why is the web board live as no ones checking what’s up there. In the cutthroat world of the clubbing business in Bangkok image is everything and this is probably not the image of Jet that they want to get across.
