TCDC Managing Director Post Vacant

Saw the ad in today's Bangkok Post. The Thailand Creative Design Centre is hiring a Managing Director. There were no qualifications stated so here's my guess:
The succesful candidate will:
- Be from a very good Thai family.
- Be more PPP than PAD.
- Accept to make less than the B375,000/month the last guy was making. (Times are tough.)
I only meet the last criteria, I'm afraid.
