The ad looks like this:
Sex Change $1,623
Orchiectomy $125Tummy tuck $1,250
Breast enlargement $1,125
etc.
Orchiectomy is a fancy word for "come get your balls chopped off" and crossing it out is a not-so-fancy way of saying, "It's illegal for minors and got a lot of bad press recently but we still do it."
B4,000 to get your balls chopped off, "include medicine, anesthesia etc." Wow! What a deal.
In case you've been living under a rock, castration is popular here among teenagers confused about their gender. These kids are way too young to make such a life-changing decision and they receive no psychiatric counselling prior to (or after) the operation.
